Anubis Tower: Expansion First, Then Swap to Damage

By oNarePublished: Updated: 2 min read

For Anubis Tower, the battle stats are not locked to what is equipped before entering the first time into the event — only the Army Size Limit. This is contrary to the Elite War expansion trick: here you have to use all your Army Size Limit equipment, artifacts and Beast passive skill before loading, then change to your best setup.

Only works before entering the event.

Steps

1. Setup before joining. Example before entering:

  • Beast Passive Skills: Force Expansion
  • Artifacts: all with Army Size Limit or Expansion %
  • Equipment: all equipment or enhancements with Army Size Limit or Army Expansion %
  • Buffs: Army Size Expansion Buff (25–30%)
  • Crown Buffs: Grand Duke or Quartermaster

2. Join the Anubis Tower.

3. Send or load your best Anubis Tower formation. Check the Troops module if you need one.

4. Leave the Anubis Tower event.

5. Change all artifacts, equipment and Beast Skill for more damage versus monsters. Example after entering:

  • Beast Passive Skills: HP%, Attack %, any, any
  • Artifacts: all the ones that make your backline and frontline powerful
  • Equipment: all Damage Boost while Attacking equipment or enhancements you want for the whole event
  • Buffs: HP/Attack %, crown buffs, etc.

Enter the battle and enjoy your extra Army Size Limit.

Note: HP/Attack % buffs are not locked. Try to finish the event before they run out.

The two tricks side by side

They look like the same manoeuvre and they are opposites. Doing the Elite War order in Anubis, or the other way around, costs you both benefits.

The rule underneath both: enter wearing whatever the event is about to freeze, then swap into whatever it keeps reading.
