Does Your Beast Choice Change the Cost?
Picking a beast feels like a big decision, and one of the things people want to know first is whether it is an expensive one. The beast talent simulator will tell you what your build costs — but only one beast at a time, so the comparison is hard to see.
Here is all four, summed from the same table.
The answer: the cost is identical
| Beast | Talents available | Points to max |
|---|---|---|
| Dragon | 19 | 267,705 |
| Panda | 19 | 267,705 |
| Pegasus | 19 | 267,705 |
| Phoenix | 19 | 267,705 |
Not close — exactly the same number, to the point.
That is not a coincidence in the data. The table holds 28 talents in total, and they split like this:
| Talents | Points | Share | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared by all four beasts | 16 | 234,335 | 88% |
| Exclusive to one beast | 3 each (12 total) | 33,370 | 12% |
Every beast gets the same 16 shared talents plus exactly three of its own, and the three exclusives are priced identically across beasts. So the bill is the same whichever you pick.
What actually differs: three talents
The entire difference between the four beasts is three lines each:
| Beast | Exclusive talents |
|---|---|
| Dragon | Dragon Strength, F. Dragon Strength, Dragon Scale |
| Panda | Tai Chi Matrix, F. Tai Chi Matrix, Holy Blessing |
| Pegasus | Battle Stampede, F. Battle Stampede, Spirit Flood |
| Phoenix | Flame Shield, F. Flame Shield, Rebirth Flame |
Each set follows the same shape: a signature talent, its "F." variant, and a third one of its own.
So the choice is not a budget decision. It is a decision about those three talents and nothing else. If you were weighing one beast against another on cost, you can stop — there is nothing to weigh.
The single most expensive talent
Across the whole table, one line stands out:
Beast's Rage — 50,000 points.
That is 19% of a fully maxed beast in a single talent, and it is one of the 16 shared lines, so every beast pays it.
Compare your own builds
Since the cost is identical, the useful comparison is between builds, not beasts. The simulator now produces a shareable link: set a build up in /beast/, press SHARE, and the URL carries the whole configuration. Paste it in your alliance chat and someone else opens exactly what you built — no screenshots, no listing levels one by one.
Two people can send each other a Dragon build and a Phoenix build and see where the 33,370 exclusive points actually went.
